To get to the top requires an enormous of personal effort. If you strictly follow the things that others are not willing to do, you will be stronger and smarter. When you do it, you learn more, develop confidence and have a stronger mind set.

Analyze and evaluate the details of every challenge in your business or personal life and stay focused on results rather than pleasing people. You are not in a popularity contest.

Being objective, staying focused, seeing the bigger picture and being proactive... being ready to handle unexpected challenges prepares, gets you ready to handle  unforeseen circumstances that come your way.
Be Bold.  Do not be afraid of anything. Nothing worse can happen if you do your part. Fear and doubt take over, only when you try to please others. Fear of the future is a killer. When you focus on your contribution based on principles there is nothing to fear. Values differ from person to person but 'principle' is universal... Develop an attitude to expect and accept a 'No'. A 'No' is not the end of life because one "No' will move you forward towards new area to explore.

Thomas Edison has 1093 patents and he was bold enough to take many 'No's along the way. Do not allow fear, guilt or doubts hold you back.

Be inspired. No one person is better than the other.  There are a number of reasons why someone has more knowledge, experience, opportunities. Try not to compare yourself with others. There will always be one person above you and one below you.

When you compare yourselves with others you will develop a superiority or an inferiority complex. Life is not about who is better. Assess yourself from what you were a year ago and 5-10 years ago. You are a unique flow of stream. You are capable of being the best and doing the best.

Forgive yourself and others when mistakes happen. When you focus on serving others with enthusiasm and commitment, you will not only experience personal gratification but also the return on your investment in yourself will be much greater than your expect.
Be Persistent.  Develop an intense belief in yourself, in your capacity to handle things. What you believe becomes the reality. When you are unrelenting to do the right thing you become a catalyst for generating positive environment.

People around you will respect you, will listen to you; will extend support when you need. People who are not committed to what they do lead empty lives.  Caring is the critical element in whatever you do.

Those uncaring situations brought about the collapse of the financial system in 2008 which led to the standstill of the entire nations. People were simply selfish with a short term mentality.

Cultivate a passion to do good to others under all circumstances and you will see that you are blessed ten times more than you expected. People who enjoy great lives care about what they do!

Look at the lives of Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and others who have donated millions of dollars for the common cause, not only because they can, but because they want to. Be committed to succeed and to support others.

There are many ways to get to the top of the mountain, the top of life as you know it to be. How ever you must be proficient in what you do. Working at home does not mean you should not dress well, smile and have a firm grip on things. Be straight forward.  Discuss the pros and cons clearly with yourself, writing each down on a sheet.  this will allow you to make an educated decision. Be empathetic. 

What you accomplish outside is determined by who you are on the inside. Be confident, comfortable and honest to yourself and others. Be excited.

Whether you are a high school graduate or have a Masters or PhD, learning is continuous.

To rise to climb to the top learning is all the more important.  Understanding what you know and what you don't know will play a critical role in the decisions you make and the path you chose.

We live in an era where things change at a very fast pace. You will need to be current with your ideas, knowledge and business views.  General knowledge is vital and recognition of the bigger picture will prove to be more valuable than you can imagine.  With globalization, one thing affects the other. Having a narrow outlook can cause more harm than good in your personal growth and development.

Be current with the changes around you. Read books, listen to audio books, expose yourself to the diverse environment around you, refrain from judging others, develop an open mind, discuss with multicultural people, learn to see from a different perspective, and focus on continuous education.

Lastly it is said that you keep on learning so that you are green and growing.  Once you stop learning, you are dry and dead.  Learning essentially is the beginning of life, love, health, wealth, happiness, prosperity, growth, peace and spirituality.
